About the project
The new logistics center Minijos 181 combines modern architectural solutions, sustainability and efficiency. This is one of the real estate projects implemented by UAB ,,Klaipėdos terminalo grupė" and designed by UAB "NEBRAU" architect Laurynas Avyžius.
The building stands out due to its sustainable design, meeting A++ energy efficiency standards, which ensures low energy consumption and minimal environmental impact. The use of wood as the main material in the office spaces enhances the building's natural aesthetic and durability, contributing to a healthier work environment.
Logistics warehouse space with an area of 5,500 sq.m. m., is created to ensure maximum efficiency - optimized storage conditions that allow smooth management of logistics processes.
